12 HOURS OF EVENT TIME

Your day begins with 4 hours of set-up time before your guests arrive, giving you and your vendors plenty of time to create the perfect atmosphere. Once the celebration starts, you’ll have 6 hours to enjoy every moment with your loved ones, followed by 2 hours of take-down time handled by our staff and vendors. Additionally, you’ll have access to our charming bridal suite starting at 11:00 AM.

REHERSAL

1 HOUR REHERSAL

To make sure your event runs smoothly they also include a one-hour rehearsal window the day before your event,

EVENT STAFF

To make your experience even more effortless, a dedicated hospitality manager will be on-site for up to 10 hours, overseeing every detail of your event. Two parking attendants will be available to assist your guests as they arrive, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

FURNITURE

When it comes to furniture and décor, Ru’s Farm has you covered. They provide:

18 standard round tables,
12 rectangular tables,
150 natural wood folding chairs with ivory seats.

For a cozy and stylish touch, they. include :

4 wicker sofas w. cream cushions
18 white market umbrellas,
4 rustic wine barrel bistro tables.
4 portable heaters.
